GAZKOMSHIN LLC is a full-service professional firm in large and small scale construction. Founded in 2000 by an engineer, the firm over the years has become one of the most trusted names in Armenia carrying out complex projects in gasification, water supply and sanitation of townships and urban areas, as well as large-scale capital construction, repairs, and disassembling of major buildings. During the last 10 years, the firm has completed over 3.7 billion AMD worth of construction work, it is now one of the top 1000 major taxpayers in Armenia and has employed 100s of the best professionals in the field of construction.

Since its inception, our company has carried out 100s of projects in gasification (gas pipeline construction) of various complexities in many different regions and geographies of Armenia. One of the recent projects in this area was the gasification of Malishka village in the Vayoc Dzor province of Armenia. Here, our company has performed construction work worth over 291 million AMD.

GASIFICATION

WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION

One of the many examples of a similar construction work was completed in 2016, at the water supply infrastructure improvements for the Lchashen, Norashen and Chkalovka villages in Gegharkhuniq province in Armenia. The project, with the total construction work worth over 630 million AMD, included Installation of polyethylene water pipelines, construction of wells and reservoirs.

Completed in 2014, the major renovation works for the "Armenian Police Education Complex SNCO Club building," is one of the examples where our company as the main contractor has provided a series of professional construction services. Total construction for this project was worth over 46 million AMD. Additionally, our company has experience in renovation of historic buildings, as the main contractor for the renovation of the old printing house at the St. Etchmiadzin campus.

CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIRS

RECONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS

Our company has provided professional services of diverse range during the construction works for the "Public Television Company of Armenia" CJSC, completed during 2016-17. Dismantlement of a multi floor emergency buildings at the campus, reconstruction of staircase for another building, major repairs of interiors and reconstruction of the roof, are some of the types of work our company has carried our during this project (general construction work worth over 233 million AMD).
